The Red Chair and Red Chair Development, Inc., have a collaboration that has resulted in a number of well-thought out, beautifully designed and reconstructed rental properties in Jackson Hole. Ranging from two-bedroom Teton Village and Racquet Club condos through three-and four-bedroom condominiums to large lodges and homes in Teton Village, our reputation for excellence has grown since Red Chair Development, Inc. was founded in 2003. Key to this success is close collaboration between contractor and designer – and complete dedication to quality.

Careful counseling of clients and extensive coordination with property management companies has resulted in designs that are 1) attractive to the higher-end, discriminating Jackson Hole visitor and, 2) rental properties that are revenue-producing and draw repeat business. They are specifically designed to be “area-appropriate” – as such they feature materials that are both practical and long lasting, and employ the colors, textures and styles normally associated with western and lodge design.

A specially-designed furniture line made of solid alder, scaled down for the smaller rooms typical of condominiums,  was designed for this purpose by The Red Chair and is manufactured in Montana. It is reasonably priced, beautiful in style, and will last for years and years.
